• bid preparation – from providing letters of support from civic or governmental dignitaries, downloadable information, images and other collateral t

hrough to support during the bid process
• inspection visits – help in organising site visits to venues and hotels
• social/partner programmes – ideas on evening functions, activities and pre or post tours
• support services – advice and listing of local suppliers for specific services such as event and conference management services, entertainment, technical suppliers etc.
• access/transportation – information on road, rail and air access plus local transportation within the city
• quality service – your enquiry or request for support will be handled by highly-skilled staff members, at the Cardiff Convention Bureau, who are prepared to work closely with Ambassadors to ensure that each request is dealt with on a bespoke basis and to the highest quality
