Cardiff Convention Bureau is your one stop shop where all your questions are answered and where the best options to suit your event are offered. Our aim is to make your life easier and also help you make the most of your time in Cardiff. Please find below a listing of what we offer and some quotes from our customers.

We offer the following free services:

Venue Selection

We take the hard part and do it for you, conducting a venue search to match your requirements followed by a comprehensive proposal.

Online Delegate Accommodation Booking Service

Our new online system, www.conferencebookings.co.uk, makes it even easier for delegates to book their accommodation. We use your logo and you have a unique code to access your site. This system is available for events over 100 delegates. We liaise with the hotels for allocations and rates.

Familiarisation Visits

If you are still unable to decide, contact the Conference Bureau and we will organise and accompany you on a familiarisation visit to potential venues.

Preparation of Bid Documents & Presentation

We want you to come to Cardiff. In order to help you make your decision we will prepare individual bids or visit you to make a presentation.

Access and Local Transport

We can provide details of public transport to and from and in and around Cardiff and also information on private hire companies.

Tours/Social Programmes

To make your stay with us more enjoyable we have details of local tours/itineraries highlighting various attractions in and around Cardiff.

Support Services

If you need advice on entertainment, transport, technical issues, staging/lighting etc. we can provide a comprehensive list of local suppliers.

Delegate Information

To enable conference delegates to make the most of their stay in Cardiff, we can supply delegate brochures highlighting things to see and do. We will also attend your conference with our own information stand to give first hand advice.
